Although this project grew beyond the scope
Washington webdesigning anticipated, they handled
it with professionalism. I provided the contents
and layout for the interior pages, and changed
photos and text several times, but they responded
very quickly to implement my ideas, without
complaint. There were some glitches, as with
any project, but Smartime handled them with
grace. It is evident that they are wholly devoted
to making sure their clients are happy, and
go over and above to ensure this is the case.
Communication was very easy via email and instant
messenging. I am extremely pleased with the
new look of the site, and will use them again
in the future. If you want a company who is
willing to work with you, with you as part of
the team, I highly recommend them. Thank you
